Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders for Men's and Women's T-shirts placed on SOVEX.CO.IN (operated by DIVYA ART) are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched from our Ahmedabad fulfillment center within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading Tier-1 courier services (including Delhivery) to deliver your T-shirts securely:

• Gujarat & Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
• North-East, J&K & Remote Pincodes: 5 to 8 business days.

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be influenced by unforeseen courier transit delays, weather disruptions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Any applicable shipping fee or Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge is transparently calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

For COD orders, our automated verification system may send a confirmation prompt via WhatsApp or SMS prior to dispatch to ensure swift and successful delivery.

4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

As soon as your T-shirt order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your courier tracking number (AWB) and a direct live tracking link.

You can track your parcel in real-time at any moment by visiting our dedicated Track Order page or through your Order History.

5. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery (RTO)

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your provided address.

Please ensure that your contact number and full address (including landmarks) are accurate. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or refusal, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin - RTO).

6. Damaged or Tampered Outer Packaging

If you notice that the courier flyer or outer packaging is torn, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and report it immediately to our support team. If accepted, please record an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours.
