Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

At Sovex (operated by DIVYA ART), we take pride in delivering premium quality Men's and Women's T-shirts. If you are not completely satisfied with your T-shirt, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

3. Eligibility for T-Shirt Returns

To qualify for an approved return, the T-shirt must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original brand tags, price tags, neck labels, and packaging must remain intact and attached.
• The item must be completely free from any perfume, cologne, deodorant, body odor, makeup stains, or detergent scent.
• Items showing cuts, tears, fabric stretching, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect T-Shirts

We rigorously inspect every T-shirt before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect T-shirt:

• Please notify our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs and/or a brief unboxing video clearly displaying the issue along with the packaging label and Order ID.
• Once verified, we will arrange a prompt reverse pickup and initiate a full refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your T-shirt is simple:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
2. Select the order and choose the T-shirt you want to return.
3. Alternatively, email us at ECOM.SOVEX@GMAIL.COM with your Order ID, registered phone number, and reason for return.
4. Our logistics partner will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup within 24 to 48 business hours. Please pack the T-shirt safely with all original tags attached.

6. Refund Process, Timelines & Sovex Coins

Once the returned T-shirt reaches our fulfillment center and passes our quality inspection:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will request your bank account details or UPI ID, and the refund will be transferred within 5 to 7 business days.
• Sovex Coins: If you redeemed Sovex Coins on your order, the redeemed coins will be immediately credited back to your Sovex Wallet, and the cash component will be refunded to your payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by reaching out to our support team. If the parcel is already in transit with our courier partner, you can simply decline delivery when the courier attempts drop-off.
